I will put a decent scope on it too so you better talk me out of it now please!Ĭlick to expand.Every one I've ever owned or shot has been accurate as heck. 5/8" to 3/4" with Eley Sport would do the same. If I could get 3/4" groups with Fed 510 or even 1" I would be thrilled. So.somebody talk me me out of it! I love a nice walnut stock and the gold lettering and gold trigger and I EXPECT it would do better at the range then my current one. I was about to write a PM to Timberbeast, who seems like a pretty logical decent guy, to ask him to talk me out of ordering a DLX from Bud's and I find out HE BOUGHT ONE TOO!! So now I am dead! I am about to call Bud's and order one up and risk the evil stare and questions from my wife (she is really not bad and encourages me to visit new gun shops but the questioning of my sanity is annoying). Not to mention my wife is ready to kill me and my 3 safes/cabinets are full. 223 arrived 6 weeks ago, a 10-22 4 or 5 weeks before that and my bank account is draining quickly. But I read some member reviews about the groups they get from their 60's and then you trouble makers start posting your DLX pics and I find myself in this situation where my new CZ American is shipping Tuesday, my Savage 25. But after finding this forum and getting 22itis and it's variations, CZitis, WMRitis, I have learned that I am not so bad after all and it is my 60 that is lacking. I always thought I was a somewhat lousy shot. OK, who are the wise guys posting pics of their new DLX Marlin 60's? You guys are causing me a real problem! I have a 60 in mint condition from 1981 and for many years it was my only gun.
